We create our decaf coffees exactly as we do our other coffee - coffee should not taste any different just because it doesn’t have caffeine. We seek out and find the most interesting beans then roast them to exacting profiles that maintain the taste profiles of their origins or blends.

All of these organic selections are decaffeinated with the chemical-free Swiss Water Process and are guaranteed to be 99% caffeine free. The caffeine is removed in a gentle, 100% chemical free process, so that whether it’s morning or night, you have the option of enjoying your favorite coffee without the caffeine. Includes regional blends and single origin selections from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala, Mexico and Indonesia.

Note: We roast on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. You first order will be roasted on the next available roast day. Coffee is packaged per order and ships within 24 hours of being roasted.
